  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (table saw, jointer, planer, CNC, etc.)
  • Problem-solve design and build challenges as they arise
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and finish quality
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborate with the shop team on builds, installs, and workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Occasionally assist with installs or on-site adjustments

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in a professional woodworking shop (or equivalent)
  • Must provide references and a portfolio (photos or examples of past work)
  • Strong understanding of woodworking methods, joinery, and materials
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and design sketches
  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus (not required, but an asset):
  • Experience with CNC, CAD/CAM, or digital fabrication
  • Experience with high-end furniture, cabinetry, or architectural millwork
  • Finishing experience (spraying, oil finishes, specialty finishes)

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level
  • Work on interesting, high-end custom projects (not repetitive production work)
  • Growing company with opportunity for advancement and leadership
  • Clean, well-equipped shop
  • Respectful, professional work environment
  • Potential for long-term career growth
